Wendal Swann, LLB, Justice of the Peace and Notary Public, founded Swann & Swann in 2001 determined to increase access for the domestic and international residents of the Turks and Caicos Islands to the often closed world of legal services. After spending several years in the Turks and Caicos Islands Legislative Council and having been Government Minister with responsibility for health and education, Mr. Swann went on to study law in the UK.

Mr. Swann remains active in public service and has access to Government decision makers. As Chairman of the All-Party Commission on the Constitution and Electoral Reform, Mr. Swann addressed the United Nations Committee on Decolonisation in June of 2010.

He is committed to his profession and is a long-standing, respected member of the Turks and Caicos Bar Association and the Vice President of the Bar Council.
